Purpose

The Transnational Inter-Institutional Postgraduate Program “Digital Governance of Educational Institutions” aims to prepare educators and administrative staff for the effective management of school units and educational organizations in a digital environment. Digital governance, as an integral component of the educational process, promotes transparency, accountability, and efficiency. At the same time, it contributes to improving internal procedures, strengthens collaboration, and promotes the evaluation of educational practice based on measurable and objective criteria.
The innovation of the program lies in the integration of modern technologies and management practices that cultivate leadership skills and strategic thinking. Participants will become familiar with digital tools and platforms that facilitate decision-making and communication within educational units. The program responds to the challenges faced by Greek education by providing innovative solutions and strengthening the competitiveness of the Greek and Cypriot economy.
